A genre like erotic revenge thriller successfully working at the box office in India isn’t quite easy. The team of last week’s released film Hate Story 3 went successful at the box office by earning 42.20cr in just a week. Along with the producer Bhushan Kumar (T-Series) the cast and crew – Sharman Joshi, Zareen Khan and Daisy Shah and director Vishal Pandya came together to celebrate their successful running at the box office at a lounge in Mumbai. Karan who was busy shooting sent his wishes to the team. The crew danced on their tracks at the party attended by the entire crew and media persons who were equally thanked for their support during the entire movie campaign. The director who was on cloud nine has proved that his second film in the Hate Story franchise goes bigger and better to be the worst revenge story to run successful at the box office window.

The film that brought together eroticism, thriller and revenge is a package to success. The film which was made in a modest budget of 13.2cr (6.5 COP and 6.7 PnA) have garnered a success even for the makers.
At the event, Bhushan Kumar took the opportunity to announce the fourth installment of the franchise. Bhushan announced to make Hate Story 4 which will again be helmed by Vishal Pandya and hope to see a next year release if the story, casting and shoot goes well. Vishal considers lucky that both the installments of the film succeeded at the box office and is glad to be the one to take it forward. He said he wants something ‘more bad’ and ‘more worse’ in revenge for the next film and once the idea is locked the casting and release will be confirmed.
