National award winning producer-actor Neetu N Chandra seems to be making the most of her trip to the USA!
The versatile actress, who is currently stationed in the USA for a month-long trip, took some time out to watch popular shows at The Ethel Barrymore Theatre at The Broadway in Manhattan.
Having been part of theatre for a long time now, Neetu’s passion for plays is quite well-known. Her play Umrao Jaan has completed more than 40 shows all over. So it was quite obvious for her to watch popular plays at the Broadway Theatre in Manhattan.
Neetu watched the popular plays including ‘The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night Time’ featuring actors Tiffany Rachelle Stewart and Tyler Lea and the musical ‘Paramour’ at The Broadway Theatre. Not just that, the play enthusiast also clicked selfies with Tiffany and Tyler and congratulated them for their stupendous performances.
Neetu says, “Watching the plays at The Broadway Theatre turned to be an overwhelming and fulfilling experience. I feel it is such an essential part of me. Being on the other side of the stage makes me learn more and I believe in my instinct and sensitivity as an artist. It gets me on my toes as if I was on the stage every time I watch a play at Broadway. I couldn’t take my eyes off. Wish I get to perform on stage here with powerhouse performers some day. That would be dream come true.”
While in USA, Neetu attended the Korean Ambassador’s Korus Taekwondo Championship in Washington (USA) as the Chief Guest and also graced the 70th Independence Day Celebration Parade in Toronto as the Grand Marshall.
